Jennifer Driscoll, RYT is a certified Pilates, Barre, yoga and group fitness instructor and a certified personal trainer. She has been a fitness instructor for over 14 years and has received certifications from AFAA (the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America), the Pilates Method Alliance, the PhysicalMind Institute, Yoga Alliance, Boston Body Barre, YogaFit, Silver Sneakers, Spinning, and Les Mills BodyBump. In addition, her trainings include Stott Pilates Essential through Advanced Mat and Apparatus, YogaFit Kids, YogaFit Seniors, YogaFit Prenatal and Postnatal, Stott Pilates Prenatal and Barefoot Cardio, among others.
Jennifer is passionate about creating balance in the body and mind. She is a fitness instructor, writer and presenter who enjoys helping others improve all aspects of fitness and well-being because everyone deserves to feel good!
